Innovative International College have designed the Certificate in Hotel Operations programme in compliance with the industry and to fit out students with strong communication, administrative skills, and leadership as well as fundamental knowledge of hotel operations which includes food & beverage, housekeeping, front office, kitchen and the general operations in the hotel. The Certificate in Hotel Operations is a rapid program that covers all the essentials for a profession in the hospitality industry. Practical, hands-on, it recognizes graduates to go straight into Diploma of Hotel Management Work Based Learning which eventually have the opportunity of full-time employment after the program. This Certificate in Hotel Operations programme has been recognize in collaboration with the industry. A robust focus is on applied knowledge with a curriculum underlining on practical application. Students will also gain authentic work experiences during their internship.

Upon successful completion of the Certificate in Hotel Operations programme, student can immerse into the Diploma in Hotel Management Work Based Learning or its relevance further studies.
Graduates can seek employment at entry level positions in event planning, Foods & Beverage service, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, Human Resource, Public Relations, Logistics, Customer Service and similar in lodgings, transportation, theme parks, and travel agencies.
Graduates will find adequate opportunity to attain various careers in the hospitality and tourism industries, such as being a:
